Abstract

Target setting. Among dangers which exist in Ukraine, significant share belongs to natural and man-made disasters. The nature and the magnitude of the natural and man-made threats in Ukraine show that the protection level cannot be high enough if the issue of providing protection to the population, objects of economy and national heritage from emergencies and their consequences is not solved.Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. In Ukraine, many researchers have been interested in the study of the pre-hospital help management problems and pre-hospital help provision to injured people suffered from the natural and man-made disasters. They are: Mikheiev Y. V., Zerkalov D. V., Zemlianska O. V., Huriev S.O., Volianskii P. B., Terentieva A. V., Liermontova Y. O., Roschyn G.G and others.The statement of basic materials. Today, the issue of medical and sanitary consequences natural and man-made disasters overcoming management mainly reduces itself to solving of the tasks of available scarce resources allocation in providing medical assistance to the injured in emergencies. As for providing pre-hospital help to the injured, it should be mentioned that the basic aspects of the emergency medical care to the injured at the pre-hospital stage in standard conditions as well as in natural, man-made or social emergencies were outlined in the textbook.Conclusions and perspectives of further research. The analysis of the medical protection regulatory framework on the natural and man-made emergencies has shown the imperfection, inconsistency and contradiction of the regulatory framework in the sphere of civil protection and health care.The analysis of the literary sources indicates the presence of serious issues in the sphere of the medical and sanitary consequences of natural and man-made disasters overcoming, especially mobile medical units functioning.The next research will be directed towards the state of administration of pre-hospital help in emergencies in Ukraine.
