Abstract

The purpose of this study was to: (1) investigate the impact of the educational services in the vocational foster education courses in the hospitality and tourism section of a general high school on the educational satisfaction; and (2) to conduct an analysis of factors that indicate differences in the impact of the educational services on the educational satisfaction according to the career maturity. The survey was conducted by self-filling method and cluster sampling method for courses graduates. As a result of the empirical analysis, hypothesis 1 shows that environmental services, teacher service, external administration services, educational performance service of have a positive (+) influence on educational satisfaction. Also the hypothesis 2 shows that there is a moderation effect in the relationship between the education service and the educational satisfaction according to the career maturity.
