Abstract
The article examines the phenomenon of professional resocialization, which has become relevant in the context of digitalization of modern society. The volatility of socio-economic processes, the transition to the fourth wave of industrialization have significantly changed not only the structure of professions, but also influenced professional socialization and mobility. In modern conditions, digitalization leads to a change in the content and technologies of labor of various professional groups, the emergence of new and a reduction in obsolete types of professional labor, which requires employees not only to master new digital competencies (knowledge and skills), but often also to master new professions (related and far from those originally obtained in the course of education or practical activity), the acquisition of new professional experience. The relevance of the study is due to the need for new tools to analyze the phenomenon of professional resocialization, which has become relevant in the context of digitalization, and to develop recommendations for the successful resocialization of various categories of workers in the Russian labor market. The purpose of the article is to determine the content and conditions of professional resocialization of the labor force in Russia. The methodological basis of the study was the analysis of scientific literature, statistical data and Internet sources, a secondary analysis of data from all-Russian studies. The results of the research is to identify the subjects and conditions for the successful resocialization of various categories of workers in the Russian labor market. The scope of application of the findings of the work is that the materials contained in a scientific study can be used by federal and regional executive authorities performing the functions of developing and implementing state policy in the field of labor and employment in relation to the vocational education and further professional education programs of representatives of various social and professional groups.
