Abstract
The new concept of education introduces essential amendments in traditional interpretation of the purposes of education, expressing high requirements and additional conditions to vocational training of the modern expert, to the level of the developed physical and personal qualities making a complex of the professionally important qualities (PIQ), in total promoting more effective implementation of work. Research objective – the development of the pedagogical concept of formation of readiness for work of future bachelor in educational process of higher education institution including the developed programs of educational process of higher education institution focused on disclosure of potential opportunities of bachelors, development of professionally important qualities on readiness of future bachelor for productive work. Implementation of the developed pedagogical concept in experimental structure of educational and practical occupation showed its productivity revealed in positive dynamics of the conducted research, reproducibility of results of the carried-out pedagogical activity is confirmed, prospects of use of the pedagogical concept in educational process of higher education institution are defined.
