Abstract

 The concept of values and value orientations is considered in the article. Literary sources on the study of value orientations in the formation of a healthy worldview of a person to understand their place in the development of personality are analyzed. It is described that value orientations appear as a complex, multicomponent, hierarchically organized structural formation with two blocks of determination: one includes the factors of socialization of the individual, the other – associated with different levels of its integral personality. The value orientations of specialists and future specialists in the field of natural sciences, their attitude to their own health are determined. It is noted that students have no need to maintain their own health, low health rating in the value system. This indicates the need for future professionals to form a valued attitude to a healthy lifestyle in the process of their training, justifies the relevance and importance for the practice of improving the educational process, research worldview of health culture, including: methodology with leading principles and principles of pedagogical education for the development of the personality of the student as a subject of health culture; the theory, which is based on stable and recurring links of the structural components of the pedagogical process, aimed at forming an individual worldview image of the culture of health and the development of future professionals, according to it, health-promoting educational process; technology that covers the mechanisms of cultural development of students in self-determination of the invariance of worldviews of a healthy lifestyle.
