Abstract

Modern approaches to assessing the quality of the air environment in the production premises of industrial enterprises are considered. It is noted that a new indicator – the local mean age of air (LMA) - is being actively used to assess the efficiency and quality of ventilation along with traditional indicators, such as temperature, relative humidity, air velocity and concentration of pollutants. The results of modeling the local average" age " of the air are presented.
