Abstract
The article highlights and substantiates the role of information technology in structuring the organizational and managerial model of an entrepreneurial structure in modern conditions. The modeling of the process of creating an organizational and managerial model in relation to the business opportunities offered by information technology has been carried out. The scientific novelty and practical significance of the work lies in the development of a recursive process of forming an organizational and managerial model, taking into account ERP technology and the sequence of interaction between stakeholders, which contribute, depending on the actual balance of forces, to its development in the direction of a certain planned technological project.
