Abstract

Corruption is a serious obstacle to the formation of a stable and sustainable development of the state. This is due to the fact that it affects the economy, creating serious threats to the security of society, undermining democratic and ethical values, harming the rule of law. One of the main challenges and threats to economic security is the high level of criminalization and corruption in the economic sphere. An urgent task for the implementation of the direction concerning the development of the system of public administration, forecasting and strategic planning in the field of economics is the fight against misuse and embezzlement of public funds, corruption, shadow and criminal economy. 
 The economic security of society is directly related to the issues of combating corruption. Anti-corruption legislation is actively developing in the analyzed direction. This article deals with the norms of rights and law enforcement practice aimed at combating corruption through economic instruments.
