تواتر معاني الشريعة الإسلامية وانحراف القراءة الجديدة تجاهها

Abstract

The researcher employed descriptive, analytical, and inductive methods, structuring the study into an introduction, three main topics, and a conclusion. The introduction outlines the research problem, objectives, significance, and plan. The first topic explores the meaning, types, and sources of tawatur, while the second examines its application in Shari'ah meanings. The third addresses contemporary interpretations of Shari'ah and their relation to tawatur. The conclusion summarizes key findings and recommendations. The study reveals that tawatur, characterized by frequent repetition suggesting truthfulness, is undeniable in word, meaning, action, or induction, akin to categorical certainties. This includes Qur'anic verses and mutawatir hadiths, with agreed meanings in religion, jurisprudence principles, major jurisprudential rules, the five essentials, and various branches. The research critiques modern interpretations for their lack of criteria, considering them cultural distortions aimed at corrupting religion. Based on the findings, the researcher recommends emphasizing the importance of tawatur in Shari'ah meanings, educating people about it, learning Arabic and jurisprudence fundamentals, and cautioning against misleading modern interpretations. Suggestions are also made for further research and integrating study results into educational curricula and public discourse to foster a sound understanding of religion and counter misinterpretations.// هدف البحث إلى التعريف بأهمية إبراز دلالة ما تواتر من معاني الشريعة، وإظهار سعة مساحته للاستفادة منها في تثبيت اليقين والدفاع عن الإسلام، اعتمد فيه الباحث المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي والاستقرائي، وتكون البحث من مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة، تناولت المقدمة إشكالية البحث وهدفه وأهميته وخطته، أما المبحث الأول فتناول معنى التواتر وأصنافه ومصادره، وتعمق المبحث الثاني في مجالات تطبيق التواتر في معاني الشريعة، وركز المبحث الثالث على القراءة الحديثة للشريعة وعلاقتها بهذه المعاني، وانتهى البحث بخاتمة تضمنت أهم النتائج والتوصيات، فأظهرت النتائج أن التكرار المتواتر الذي يوحي بالصدق سواء في اللفظ أو المعنى أو العمل أو ما ثبت بالاستقراء لا يحتمل التأويل، لأنه بمنزلة القطعيات التي يقتضي تأويلها منافاة الضروريات، ويشمل التواتر ألفاظ القرآن والأحاديث المتواترة لفظا أو معنى التي اتفق على المعنى فيهما، وأهم المجالات الرئيسة للتواتر أصول الدين وأصول الفقه، والقواعد الفقهية الكبرى، والضرورات الخمس، وكثير من الفروع أيضا، وأدان البحث القراءة الجديدة لافتقادها للمعايير، واعتبرتها تشويشا للثقافة يهدف إلى إفساد الدين، وبناء على النتائج أوصى الباحث بتعظيم ما تواتر من معاني الشريعة وتوعية الناس بها، وتعلم اللغة العربية وأصول الفقه، والتحذير من انحراف القراءة الجديدة، وقدم مقترحات بإجراء بحوث تكميلية في الموضوع، ودمج نتائج هذه الدراسة في المناهج الدراسية والخطاب العام، لتعزيز الفهم السليم للدين في مواجهة التفسيرات المغلوطة.
