Abstract

The Tale of the talismanic Mountain by Hans Wyer (Deconstructive study) Enas Mahmoud Abdullah Abu Salem e and Assistant Modern Criticism- Department of Arabic Language - College of Humanities-King Khalid University E-mail : asalim@kku.edu.saenasabusalem@gmail.com Abstract: There is a revelation that should be disclosed when studying the stories narrated by the popular narrator, regardless of the method used in dealing with them and treating them, because if these narrative effects are a form of literary art, which has been stored in the collective unconscious memory for centuries for the purpose of enjoyment and entertainment, the narrator deliberately ,or intend, violating the taste of the recipients, and disregarding the organism's senses and mind, by resorting to fabricating methods that meander towards fantasy, in order to realize its facts, or to invoking ladders that ascend towards the sky of tales and its insides, and without the narrator's own awareness, or even without the slightest protest by its characters, which leads to the conclusion that they are just stories told without language! The study that is in our hands now is an attempt to discover the system on which the tale of the satanical Mountain is based, and perhaps invert the system of this tale to show the network of relationships that weave it, whether these relationships are homogeneous or discordant, and then to know the semantic nodes that control the story through the functions it has performed. The study tried to experiment with the structural approach in this story through the narrative structure pursued by the narrator, the method of weaving it into his discursive construction, analyzing this structure and dividing it into more than one structural form, then clarifying the most important multiple bilateral around which those narrative structures and their relations were held together, and then reach a knowledge of the value of these relationships and their functions, and how they serve the story, as the study embodied that in an illustrative table that shows the structure and the relationships in it. Then the study devoted a topic to talk about the vision that the story seeks to resurrect from the inside of the text, that vision that was the focus from which most of the bilateral relations in the story were emitted, and thus the elements of the story moved towards it. Through this topic, the study dealt with a brief presentation of the conversation about the elements of the story, in terms of its characters, the forms of space, how the time came, and what distinguished the event. The study also briefly talked about the structure of the story linguistic as a bridge or a surface over which the elements of the story cross, before reaching the end of its journey. Finally, the study reviewed some of the inner stories that were found within the overall story, as temporary stations in the lives of the characters, before the fate of each character is finally crystallized.
