Abstract
The problem of understanding such a phenomenon as happiness is one of the urgent problems facing modern science. The relevance of this problem is due to the fact that happiness is also an economic category, since what kind of politicians and entrepreneurs will be popular depends on what factors in society affect the happiness of an individual. Here, the contribution of local governments and subjects of social partnership is important, as well as the proclaimed social rights as tools for increasing the contribution to the growth of human and social capital.
The aim of the study was to identify patterns and ways of finding happiness in the context of intercultural interaction based on the experience of individual regions of Russia as a whole using certain research methods, which include: a comparative approach, historical research methods, axiological approach. The following conclusions were drawn during the study: 1) modern science faces the problem of defining the essence of happiness as a dynamic phenomenon. At the same time, “happiness” is a state that a person can learn to control, which affects the quality of his life. The idea of happiness should become in a person the embodiment of real action, the desire to achieve goals, so that self-satisfaction is the basis of a prosperous life in a given cultural formation; ) comparative cultural analysis shows that the following theoretical models of happiness can be distinguished: cultural-historical model (each individual has a motivational attitude to the amount of happiness, laid down by a given cultural era and associated with individual characteristics of development); content model (happiness is a cognitive construct, including the ability to perceive it, attitude, awareness and experience of satisfaction); structural-dynamic model (based on well-being as a condition for the sustainable functioning of the individual, which is reflected in self-expression and the development of the individual potential of the individual against a positive emotional background); 3) features in the motivational attitudes of finding happiness are distinguished not only in different countries, but also among men and women. The secrets of female happiness include: attitude to life, joy in movement (physical exercises relieve stress and affect emotional intelligence), setting goals, a sense of humor adorns a woman. As the motivational attitudes of men, scientists define: the search for happiness not in material things, in work, in a woman, family, but in oneself; setting current and strategic goals in life (moreover, the more difficult, the more effective); understanding and acceptance of oneself, love for the world around (acceptance of one's appearance, character, passions, etc.); 4) the main conditions contributing to the acquisition of happiness as a factor in effective intercultural interaction in the regions of Russia include: participation in forums, exhibitions where problems of happiness are discussed, contributes to the strengthening of good neighborliness and mutually beneficial cooperation among business structures and business circles of different regions; rendering services to partner firms in finding reliable counterparties, in effective intercultural interaction, in forming a positive business image of the company and the region as a whole; selection and selection of competent personnel, taking into account regional and ethno-cultural specifics; harmonization of strategies for sustainable development of companies in accordance with the geographical and ethno-cultural characteristics of counterparties, indicators of the International Happiness Index; 5) humanitarian expertise of the cultural and historical features of finding happiness will contribute to the effective adoption of managerial decisions and increase the indicators of gross national happiness at the level of the region and the country as a whole, etc.
