Abstract

Изучено синергическое действие бинарных смесей — индоксакарб + имидаклоприд и дельтаметрин + динотефуран в разных соотношениях на чувствительную и мультирезистентную культуры рыжего таракана. Показано, что соотношение, в котором проявляется синергическое действие смесей, близко к отношению СК50 одного компонента к СК50 другого компонента смеси. Установлено слабое синергическое действие бинарной смеси индоксакарб + имидаклоприд в соотношении 1:5 на тараканов резистентных культур М10, ДМ и ОБН (КСД составил 1,11 – 1,47). Выявлено высокое синергическое действие смеси дельтаметрина и динотефурана на чувствительную культуру насекомых S-НИИД, для которой КСД варьировал от 10,8 до 18,4. У резистентной культуры МАГ, наблюдали снижение показателя резистентности в 2,5 раза (смесь 1:1), в 5 раз (смесь 1:4), в 2 раза (смесь 4:1) и в 2,2 раза (смесь 24:1). The synergistic effect of binary mixtures — indoxacarb + imidacloprid and deltamethrin + dinotefuran in different ratios in relation to sensitive and multi-resistant cultures of the German cockroach - was studied. It has been shown that the ratio in which the synergistic effect of the mixtures is manifested is close to the ratio of the CL50 of one component to the CL50 of the other component of the mixture. A weak synergistic effect of the binary mixture of indoxacarb + imidacloprid in a ratio of 1:5 on cockroaches of resistant cultures M10, DM and OBN was established (SR was 1.11 – 1.47). A high synergistic effect of a mixture of deltamethrin and dinotefuran on the suscepttible culture S-NIID was revealed, for which the SR varied from 10.8 to 18.4. In the resistant MAG culture, a decrease in the resistance rate was observed by 2.5 times (mixture 1:1), 5 times (mixture 1:4), 2 times (mixture 4:1) and 2.2 times (mixture 24: 1).
