Abstract

We consider the communication process as a whole system in terms of socio-philosophical analysis in the context of which communication is seen as a major resource to the economic development and growth, the industry, which is based on knowledge and communication, which is leading to a modern economy, the communication process as a holistic system is based on the effective use of all types of capital by the communication space, the competitiveness of the economic, social system, the communication process, in the context of any system which is seen as a set of interrelated elements, justified the development of communicative management system, which is closely associated with the management of knowledge, and disclosed optimization direction of the communication process as a whole system in a market crisis and competitiveness. It is noted that the communicative process as a complete system is considered in the context of functions: 1) information function, which expands the knowledge base of the organization, provides the necessary information for professional, says witness information, promotes the exchange of information in order to achieve certain goals, 2) contact installing, or function of treatment, which helps to form counterparties value systems and installations, convinces them to the legality of the use of certain strategies interaction caused by a clear social orientation, which requires perfect knowledge of the target audience, and 3) an integrative function that serves as a means for union contractors communicative process, generating ideas aimed at using new management, marketing and information technology, innovation and creativity activity, and 4) self feature, which allows the organization to express themselves and self-assertion, to demonstrate their intellectual potential is realized when creating the image, reputation, and 5) ritual function that forms in the audiences emotional mood conveys feelings, emotions, leads to appropriate action, maintains the tradition of ritual and creating new, 6) educational feature that explores communication skills audiences, promotes organizational culture, as well as the practical implementation of new ideas, disseminate advances in modern communication. Disclosed areas to improve efficiency and effectiveness of organizational structures providing communication in corporations, firms, local / regional administrations cannot be formed without reviewing approaches to the organization and management of these entities. With new modern approaches to the communication process, new organizational forms of communication cut way to achieve strategic goals, increasing the return on intangible assets. In the competition to go to system management principles in personnel management system of communication, including training, internal corporate information sharing, teamwork. Principles of Human Resources Management in the field of communication must comply with the requirements of consistency and other scientific approaches to management. Development of communication management is closely related to knowledge management, which in turn creates the conditions for obtaining new knowledge and innovation, helping to create a climate of innovation, support specific recommendations to improve the communication process. In the context of research results should be used: 1.Autsorsinh - negotiating skills and abilities, the ability to enter into new business. 2. The introduction of an integrated management system to show the degree of implementation of the planned measures. 6. The introduction of open recruitment procedure, which allows you to quickly and accurately make choices with those candidates who can actually work as a team according to their merit. 9. The gradual introduction of the system of vocational training of new educational technologies learning by doing and coaching. 10.
