Abstract
Статья посвящена сравнительной оценке свойств и клинических характеристик зарубежных кровозаменителей с газотранспортной функцией, созданных на основе перфторуглеродов, и отечественного препарата «Перфторан». Для этого рассмотрены результаты предварительных исследований флукозола DA, оксигента Oxygent, оксицита Oxycyte, OxyFluor и эмульсии № II. Представлены доказательства достижения мирового приоритета для отечественного препарата в этой области.
