Abstract

This article highlights the basic concepts of state bodies, types of state bodies, characteristics and functions of state bodies. The tasks of the legislative, executive and judicial authorities and their features are considered. The formation of forms of government is studied. The concept of monarchy as the most ancient form of government its existing forms and the republic as a form of government are considered. The relationship between state bodies and government has been studied. That is, the work of public authorities in the context of social transformations and changes in public administration and modern structural and functional models of public authorities.
