Abstract

The article is devoted to the issues of organizing the work of the institute of curatorship in higher education. Having considered the main historical aspects, it was found out that over 60 years the education system has undergone many changes. And today, education programs are becoming part of the main educational programs. Therefore, the work of curators is becoming relevant again. Having analyzed the experience of curators at the Pedagogical Institute of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “Irkutsk State University”, it was found out that it is necessary to create a school of curators for targeted training of the faculty in working with students.
