Групові форми навчальної діяльності у підготовці майбутніх фізичних терапевтів як фактор формування культури міжособистісної взаємодії

Abstract

The article analyzes theoretical-practical aspects of the use of group activity of students of 227 «Physical therapy, ergotherapy» specialty in the context of forming an interpersonal interaction culture. A brief retrospective analysis of the study of the problem of group training activities in vocational education was conducted in the article. In the world pedagogy it is noted that training in small groups is recognized to be the most successful alternative to traditional teaching methods. It is grounded that the use of group learning forms is important for future specialists in socionomy professions, which includes the profession of physical therapist, which requires the ability to work in an interdisciplinary team. It is noted that work in small groups is connected with the achievement of the synergetic effect and development of the culture of group work. The pedagogical conditions of the introduction of group educational activity taking into account the general laws of group dynamics are highlighted, namely: reference of group educational activity to a systematic form of the organization of educational process; carrying out of acquisition of small educational groups taking into account the regularities of group dynamics in relation to creation of effective subjects of group activity; optimal combination of group work with individual and frontal one; combination of methods of control from the trainer with self-control and mutual students’ control; providing with the educational content necessary for the productive activities of small training groups. The ways of organizing responsible interdependence of students in the composition of small educational groups are described. The peculiarities of different types of group work of students are highlighted: based on the level of students' learning opportunities – homogeneous and heterogeneous; according to the peculiarities of the distribution of educational tasks – homogeneous, differentiated, co-operative and individual-group; by operation time – prolonged and local. It is noted that the group forms of educational activity form the culture of interpersonal interaction, understanding of the team process and model the personality and professional experience necessary for future physical therapists in professional activities in the field of health care.
