Abstract
<p>The relevance of this study is connected with its inclusion in the modern paradigm of linguistic research aimed at studying languages in a comparative aspect. Interest in comparative studies is caused by the need to identify universal features of linguistic material, the desire to describe the national picture of the world of speakers of different languages, the need to improve bilingual dictionaries and other reasons. Comparative description is an effective method of studying the interaction and mutual enrichment of languages, allowing to reveal structural differences of languages, national specificity of semantics, linguocultural peculiarities of languages, cognitive differences of peoples' consciousness. The sphere of comparative description includes the whole area of phonetic structure of a language, lexicon, grammar, syntax. In this article we will consider the grammatical features of the Russian and Chinese languages.</p>
