Abstract

In the article, based on the analysis of scientific views of scientists and the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine, possible ways of improving the organizational structure of scientific-research expert-forensic institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The general significant deficiency of the organizational structure of scientific-research expert-forensic institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, which consists in the fact that at the legislative level there is no standard position on the organizational structure of such institutions. One of the key aspects of the effective functioning of these institutions is a well-established organizational structure, since the firm's performance, its competitiveness, etc., depends directly on how flexible and efficient the structure of the institution (enterprise enterprises) will be. The presence of the structure as an integral attribute of all the systems actually operating is due to the fact that the structure gives them integrity. The struc-ture helps to maintain a stable state of the system. I would like to note the general significant lack of an organizational structure of the research-based expert-forensic institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine which consists in the fact that at the legislative level there is no standard provision on the organizational structure of such institutions. It should be noted that in any case the structure repre-sents a unity of separate elements that complement each other, and the totality of which allows to establish the effective functioning of a particular system. That is why the purpose of the article is to: identify ways to improve the organizational structure of research and expert-forensic institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
