Abstract

The article presents the results of a study of the toxicity using the method of FR.1.39.2016.24117 for gray forest soil contaminated with oil. Seeds of watercress plants of the Zabava variety are used as a test object. Toxicity is assessed by five parameters: seed germination, average length of underground and aboveground parts and total length of seedlings, their average dry weight. The studies show that the most sensitive parameters are seed germination, as well as the average length of the underground, above-ground parts and the total length of seedlings. The tendency of the negative effect of the oil content on plants in the analyzed soil is established. The obtained results show the possibility of using phytotesting methods for analyzing the degree of soil purification.
