Abstract
The paper considers relevant and important problems that have arisen in the course of discussion of draft laws on the development of creative industries in the Russian Federation. The author draws attention to the Draft Law No. 474016-8 ʻOn the Development of Creative (Creative) Industries in the Russian Federationʼ. Having studied the key norms set forth in this Bill, the conclusion is formulated that this bill requires a number of improvements due to objective factors. In conclusion, the author notes that legislative initiatives both in the world arena and in the Russian Federation emphasize creative projects, stimulation of creative ideas, products of intellectual activity in order to ensure dynamic and continuous economic development.
