Abstract
The paper describes the concept of «culture of future manager’s professional activity» as an integral personal formation in the set of norms, values, behaviors adopted in the society, communicative skills that enable the implementation of interpersonal interaction in solving professional tasks, organization and professional tasks, work as a team, adapt and act in a new situation. The basic approaches to the problem of determining the criteria of formation, upbringing, development of certain personal qualities and formations are revealed. The general criterion is defined, as well as the indicators that fully characterize the criterion of forming the culture of professional activity of the future manager. The gnostic, motivational and value, praxis components that are inseparable and interdependent are distinguished in the structure of the future managers' professional activity culture. The gnostic component of the professional activity culture is characterized by the correlation of knowledge about one's abilities, self, professional qualities, requirements of professional activity, reflects the level and effectiveness of knowledge about the nature and peculiarities of interaction with partners, colleagues, structure and styles of communication, as well as their actualization in the realization of professional activity, the choice of ways, means and mechanisms of teamwork. The motivational-value component integrates values, attitudes, personal convictions and serves as the basis for forming the motives of the future managers' professional activity culture, which is determined by the student's level of awareness of the need to master and express the culture of professional activity in interaction with others. The practical component of the career culture of future managers represents consciously regulated behavior based on professionally relevant norms, rules, social activity, the ability to adapt and act in a new situation.
