Abstract
The article researches application possibility of Samsonkin – Druz’ system approach. This method increases the safety of system "train's driver – the train – infrastructure of railway transport" activity. Authors have developed a new method for monitoring driver status, using individual norm. This monitoring method is a mathematical model of information management operations control system operator in the management of high-speed train. Application of the theory Samsonkin – Druz’ possible to determine the actual problems and future directions of improving the reliability of the human factor in ensuring traffic safety problem.
