Abstract

The results of research reagents Kamcel-2 of production of JSC «carbokam» (Krasnokamsk), and experienced lots of reagents Kamcel-1 produced by TD «carbokam-Perm»(Perm). Reagents Kamcel is a technical sodium carboxymethylcellulose, distinguished mainly by the degree of polymerization. Powdered chemical reagents are produced according to TU №2231-001-35193780-96. Reagents Kamcel-2 of production of JSC «carbokam» are conditioners and regulators of the filtration rate of clay solutions. Both reagents showed almost the same reduction of the filtration rate, however, Kamcel-3 more active it densifies the mortar. Reagents recommended for the treatment of clay solutions used in well drilling under the conductor, and when drilling the main trunk under the production casing. Reagents Kamcel -1 produced by TD «karbokam-Perm» also exhibit structural properties and regulate the rate of filtration of clay solution. The reduction in filtering all reagents showed almost the same results. However, the reagent Kamcel -3 more efficiently it densifies the drilling mud. Low viscosity Kamcel-1 is recommended in the amount of 0.2-0.3%. Reagents Kamcel-2 are recommended for handling fluids for well drilling under the conductor in the amount of 0.3% and 0.1% (respectively), and during the drilling of the main trunk in the amount of 0,2-0,3% with the addition of a reducer viscosity - NTF. All studied modifications of the reagents are fairly salt-tolerant.
