Abstract

The textbook examines in detail the regulatory framework of labor protection in Russia, as well as the basics of sanitation and occupational hygiene in the food industry, including in the production of confectionery. The content of the manual is largely based on the analysis of materials of instructions on labor protection and safety in food production. Meets the requirements of the federal state educational standards of secondary vocational education of the latest generation. It is intended for students of colleges and technical schools studying the disciplines "Life Safety" and "Human Ecology", as well as the special discipline "Labor Protection".
