Abstract

The article considers the main directions of functioning of the quality management system at the manufactory. It is established that the current system should be periodically analyzed and evaluated in order to ensure that it meets certain requirements and is effective. A number of actions have been identified to improve the existing quality management system. A number of provisions for the implementation of HACCP principles have been developed, based on the establishment of a working group and the development of the necessary quality management measures. It is established that the improvement of product quality management system at the manufactory is impossible without effective management by the company’s management and without the development of measures for quality management, namely the identification and analysis of risks of quality products.
