Abstract

The monograph presents the results of research in the field of formation of the innovation space and regulation of trends in the development of banking products and technologies in the financial market of the national economy in conditions of integration and global instability. The basics of the growth theory in postmodern conditions, contradictions, factors and their influence on the growth of the national economy are considered. It is proved that the main feature of the innovation space at the present stage of development is its complexity and versatility, which determines the need for fundamentally new approaches to managing the processes of its creation. It is proposed to consider the need for a conceptual approach to the theory of scientific and technological development, taking into account a fundamentally new stage in the development of modern society based on the economy of digitalization, the creation and application of artificial intelligence. In the monograph examines the main strategies for developing cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan. Theoretical and methodological provisions are disclosed, and practical recommendations for the development of new banking products and technologies are proposed based on the systematization of domestic and foreign experience, taking into account the peculiarities of the national banking system. Objective prerequisites for the development of universalization of banking activities and the transformation of traditional banks into modern market complexes with the dominance of product, technological, organizational and managerial innovations have been established; arguing the socio-economic feasibility of developing remote banking services in the Republic of Tajikistan, which contributes to the creation of fundamentally new banking products and services based on remote access to financial resources; determining the stages of Bank risk management and building a methodology for their management; detailed analysis of the market of banking products and technologies; the possibility of practical application of the research results in the activities of banks and credit institutions. Examples of using artificial intelligence banking tools are given, and the experience of using such tools by domestic and foreign banking institutions is shown. The monograph is intended for managers and specialists of public administration and corporate management, researchers, politicians, postgraduates, doctoral students and students.
