Abstract

The situation in the foreign policy environment affected foreign trade relations of the Russian Federation with other countries as well. Regulation of the situation and solution of the problem of saturation of Russian market with the goods demanded introduction of paral-lel import regime. Its implementation has both positive and negative sides. The article dis-cusses the main aspects, problems, and features of customs clearance of import authorized for parallel import to the territory of the Russian Federation.
