Abstract
Aquametric and thermodynamic characteristics of new excepients, including lactose 80m, agglomerated lactose (tabletosa 80), and microcellulose 101 - 200, have been studied. Microcellulose 101 - 200 is more hygroscopic than both lactose derivatives at all values of relative humidity. Lactose 80m and tabletosa 80 have different value of thermodynamic haracteristics, which is probably explained by differences in the technology of raw materials. Comparative analysis of trace elements by atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS) and x-ray fluorescence (XRF) methods has been carried out. Both methods give comparable experimental data, but XRF ensures high reproducibility and does not require long sample preparation. Toxicological safety of analyzed substances is established.
