Abstract

The paper deals with the political process in Poland. There have been major changes in both domestic and foreign policy of the country after the 2015 elec-tion resulting in the consolidation of power and political institutions by the representatives of the Law and Justice party. This situation can be regard-ed as a crisis which is confirmed by the unified theo-ry of conflict analysis by V.A. Svetlov. The authors designed two digraphs reflecting the relationship of Polish authorities, opposition groups with the ex-ternal actors after coming to power and conducting political reforms by the Law and Justice party. These digraphs illustrate the difference in the conflict from the system and ordinary perspective. Further devel-opment and resolution of system conflict are antag-onistic; however, the system becomes sustainable, retains and enhances its integrity and multiple varia-tions of its development.
