Abstract
The urgency of the problem is explained by the fact that the heads of structural divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a rule, do not always possess psychological knowledge and do not have practical experience in the field of socio-psychological features of building a favorable socio-psychological in the team. The purpose of this article is to study the peculiarities of the influence of the leadership style in the divisions of internal affairs bodies on the socio-psychological climate in the team of employees, as well as to develop recommendations for the heads of departments of internal affairs bodies to improve their management style.
