The activities of the prosecutor's office to combat corruption today is one of the priorities of prosecutorial supervision. As part of this study, we will analyze the results of the work of the Murmansk Region Prosecutor's Office on supervision of the implementation of anti-corruption legislation for the first 6 months of 2022, identify problems of legal regulation in this area and formulate ways to solve them.
Based on the conducted research, taking into account the globality of the work carried out by the Prosecutor's office to combat corruption, it is proposed that the Prosecutor General's Office of Russia adopt an order that would establish criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the prosecutor's office in the field of combating corruption. To date, there is no document establishing efficiency criteria, priorities are determined at the annual boards of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation, in the appeals of the President of the Russian Federation, including to the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, by Orders of the Prosecutor General's Office of Russia, including № 454 dated 29.08.2014 «On the organization of Prosecutorial supervision over the implementation of Legislation on anti-corruption»
