Abstract

The article focuses on problems related to the training of masters of primary education, in particular peculiarities of formation of technological and project abilities in the context of future professional activity in New Ukrainian School. The content of technological training of future teachers of primary education on the second (master) level of higher education is exposed in detail. The author of the article has identified the structure and the content of key competences in technological education of future teachers of primary school. It is emphasized that in the process of comprehension and planning of conceptual approaches of professional training of future masters of primary education it is important to pay attention to the influence of pedagogical technologies on the update of content, forms of organization of students’ training, formation of technological and project abilities and professionally important personality qualities, to readiness to implementation of various functions of professional pedagogical activity. In the article the author gives her own definition of “technological and project abilities of masters of primary education” as a component of professional competence, which provides prognostication of future activity, sequence of activities, search of optimum ways of realization of research and teaching activity. The author specified that the process of formation of technological and project abilities is appropriate to realize after such directions: mastering of knowledge about essence and structure of the noted abilities and feature of their formation for the future teachers of primary school, deepening, didactical and methodical knowledge about organization and experimentation at higher school, planning and realization of lectures, practical and laboratory classes in the professional methods of primary education, organization of quasi professional activity, creation and presentation of projects, realization of trainings. Each of directions is in detail exposed in the content of the article. The results of research are conclusions that the technological constituent of professional training of future masters of primary education provides integration of educational strategy of establishment of higher education and individual features, professional interests, structural abilities and practical skills of students.
