Abstract

Export operations are of particular relevance because they are carried out under conditions of uncertainty and high risk. The sanctions economy is caused by a number of factors that have a direct impact on export-oriented enterprises, leading to a number of consequences. Today, export operations are the sector that is regulated by the state in order to develop stable infrastructural links between exporters' organisations and to reduce the sanctions impact on exporters' enterprises. The main task is to provide conditions for the development of export operations, building international cooperation of exporters' organisations, and on the other hand to carry out control functions, as well as to build transparency of information support, to ensure the reliability of foreign exchange operations in terms of export relations. The state has developed a number of measures to reduce risks, one of which is the system of currency regulation and control. Therefore, this topic is topical. The article presents a review of normative acts and highlights the main directions of regulation of export operations on the territory of the Russian Federation. The modern problems of exporters are formulated, the principles of currency regulation of currency control in terms of export operations in modern conditions through digital mechanisms are disclosed
