Abstract

Purpose. Experimental studies of modes of operation of local autonomous energy sources based on electrical equipment and power plants of other functional purposes in order to ensure the generation of electricity to consumers in both stationary and field conditions. Methodology. large-scale experimental research using modern means and methods of measuring, processing and transmitting information. Result. Proposed concept of creating an autonomous molded power supply based on the system "internal combustion engine-induction generator" using equipment for other functional purposes. determined the limits of the steady operation of typical consumers of electric energy during the connection to local autonomous power supply sources, which makes it possible, at their formation, to choose the required electrotechnical and electromechanical components according to the load. It is proved that the improvement of energy efficiency of local autonomous power supply sources is possible due to the use of additional control systems for their parameters, namely, a two-channel control system for additional capacitive excitation of the generator and the speed of the internal combustion engine Originality. Determining the criteria for local autonomous power supply sources operation in the field to provide energy to consumers of different categories, which allowed to formulate recommendations on the ratio of generator power in the local autonomous power supply sources operation and electricity consumers with different nature of the load. Practical value. The workability of the proposed concept is proved by the concept of creating an autonomous molded power supply according to the scheme "internal combustion engine – asynchronous generator" of electrical equipment for other functional purposes.
