Abstract

In this article the problem of intercommunication of reduction to time of engaging in physical education, low motivation of young people to physical activity during studies in establishments of higher education with worsening of the state of health, capacities for studies, mastering and use of new information, professional skills is considered. The analysis of reasons of low level of adaptation among a modern studens is also given. Influence of technologies of fitness on forming of bodily, emotional and psychological condition of health of man, developing intellectual and adaptation flairs for young people is considered. In the article there have been described the problem of reduction to the amount of academic hour of employments after physical education in establishments of higher education. The problem of reduction of physical exercises, absence of the system of physical education, as well as slow, inconsistent embodiment of the programs, for audience physical education, diminishes objective readiness of man to professional activity is considered in the article. For this reason many researchers suggest application of fitness technologies, as an universal method of the physical bringing up of future specialists and healthy nation, namely this work suggests to systematize methodology of fitness teaching within the framework of a limit time, with the aim of increase of efficiency. According to "National strategy from health motive activity in Ukraine on a period 2025 to "Motive activity is a healthy way of life – healthy nation", it is defined the direction of researches with the aim of invention of the most effective technologies of fitness, styles of teaching of physical culture in establishments of higher education, by means of which students will get possibility for short time to get most motivational and developing exersises under direction of highly skilled teachers.
