Abstract

The article presents the results of a study of corruption processes in the implementation of national projects in the field of science and education development. The structure of sources of funding for the implementation of national projects, as well as statistics on the number of illegal actions registered by law enforcement agencies related to the use of budgetary funds are analyzed. The forms of manifestation of illegal actions when encroaching on budgetary funds during the implementation of national projects are determined. Special attention is paid to the author's tools for systematization of corruption threats and their comparison with corruption risks, which allows solving the problem of assessing the likelihood of threats and forecasting the main negative manifestations of the influence of factors. A set of preventive measures aimed at improving the effectiveness of law enforcement agencies in the field of ensuring economic security of the implementation of national education development projects is proposed.
