Abstract

In the modern world, in the conditions of digitalization of the economy, significant changes are taking place in the financing market. One of the results of such changes was the emergence and development of alternative sources of financing. Crowdfunding is becoming one of the most attractive forms of financing for small and medium-sized businesses, which, due to its features, significantly reduces financing costs. This article discusses the concept of platform crowdfunding, the dynamics of the crowdfunding platform market in Russia, as well as possible prospects for its development.
