Abstract
Introduction. Creative activity and the ability to manage it is the most important problem of the educational sphere, which requires an adequate balanced attitude on the part of science and society with a systemic approach.Purpouse. Definition of the essence and specificity of pedagogical creativity, the qualities of a modern creative teacher and ways of influencing pedagogical creativity among students at higher educational institutions for the formation of a creative person who will facilitate the preparation of a creatively gifted specialist for various branches of society.Method. Analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature on the formation of a creative personality among students on the basis of the use of teacher's pedagogical creativity at higher education institutions.Results. In the research of the qualities of a modern creative teacher (activity, objectivity, purposefulness, determinism, versatility, availability of strategy, dynamism, flexibility, mobility, consistency, selectivity, perspective, predictability, historicity, analyticity, self-criticism, logic, ability to see the problem, to detect contradictions, representations, creative imagination) and ways of influencing pedagogical creativity among students in higher educational institutions for the formation of a creative person (didactic means of activating the search in-creativity, different methods of solving creative problems, constructing models of relationships in the research community, developing creative opportunities of young people in the process of individual and wholesale).Originality. The scientific novelty of this research is the defining of a model of creative activity as a subject-subject interaction between a teacher and a student for the formation of a creative person in the process of studying at a higher educational institution.Practical value. As a result of the research of pedagogical creativity, a model of the creative environment is determined, on the basis of which it is possible to provide training of creatively gifted specialist for various branches of society.Conclusion. The article reveals the specificity of pedagogical creativity, which consists in the fact that the object and the result of it is the formation of a creative person. The essence of pedagogical creativity is defined, which combines two components: the creative activity of the teacher and the student in their interaction and interrelation, as well as the results of their creative activity, which lead to the development and self-development of the individual.Further research will be devoted to the use of a specific model of the creative environment by the teacher in the process of teaching students to a higher educational institution for the formation of a creative person.
