Abstract

The article reviews the experience of creating and implementing a developing subjects-related and educational environment based on the "Sunny Bunny" program for disabled children studying at the "Station for Young Naturalists" in the Prokhladny city district of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic. The program takes into account the characteristics of intellectual and physical development of children. The method of formation of social skills of mentally retarded children through the use of animal therapy and natural therapy is described.
