Abstract
Currently, the education system of the Kyrgyzstan is undergoing a large-scale modernization process related to updating the content, structure and quality of school education, and one of the key areas is the development of specialized education in high school. This publication is devoted to the problem of teaching the Russian language in the context of specialized education. Specialized education, due to changes in the structure, content and organization of the educational process, should more fully take into account the interests, inclinations and abilities of students, create conditions for teaching high school students in accordance with their professional interests and intentions regarding continuing education. The creation of a system of teaching Russian to high school students in general education institutions with the Kyrgyz language of instruction in the context of specialized training based on a competence-based approach required the selection of ICT learning technologies.
