Abstract

Antibiotics are widely used today for the prevention and treatment of bacterial infections both in animal husbandry and in medicine. Antibiotic resistance occurs when bacteria change in response to the use of these drugs. These bacteria can infect humans and animals, and the infections they cause are harder to cure than those caused by non-resistant bacteria. Resistance to antibiotics leads to increased medical costs, prolonged hospital stay and increased mortality. In those cases where antibiotics can be bought for humans or animals without a prescription, the emergence and spread of resistance worsen. Antibiotic resistance is enhanced by the improper and excessive use of antibiotics, as well as by poor hygiene, prevention and control of infections. Prepare food hygienically, following WHO’s Five Keys to Safer Food principles (keep clean, separate raw and cooked food, cook food thoroughly, store food at safe temperatures, use safe water and raw materials) and choose products that have been produced without using antibiotics to stimulate growth or prevent disease in healthy animals. The article focuses on the threat of incurable or difficultly resolved diseases with antibiotic-resistant pathogens due to improperly inappropriate and inappropriate use of antibiotics. It is a global problem and should be regulated both at the level of the state course and for the personal awareness of this danger by each person. Due to the urgent problem of the appearance of persistent microorganisms, the results of determining the sensitivity of pathogenic microorganisms to the list of antimicrobial drugs are given. In the experimental farm, from the pathological material of broiler chickens, Salmonella group D. was isolated. In the course of the study, an antibiotic strain of the pathogens of microorganisms was derived. Its considerable resistance to a number of traditional antimicrobial drugs used in humane medicine is also established. The issue of increasing the number and distribution of antibiotic resistant microorganisms is partly solved by the development of organic production, which prohibits the use of antibiotics with a preventive purpose, which is the first step in the fight against resistant microorganisms. Due to the search and implementation of effective alternatives to antibiotics, the problem of reducing the occurrence of detection and excess of residual amounts of antibiotics in poultry products is also being implemented.
