Abstract

The theoretical basis and peculiarities of the development of the praxeological orientation of the process of formation of readiness of students of IT specialties for group work as a factor of increasing their professional mobility in the context of global informatization of the modern labor market are considered in the article. Educational method what based on the person-oriented, activity-based and action-oriented approaches aimed at effective training and education of the future IT specialist under the influence of new innovative methods that implement the praxeological are further developed. The essence of the model of multilevel modular training on the basis of the praxeological orientation of the process of formation of the future IT specialist's preparedness for group work, its impact on the activation of the educational and cognitive activity of students in IT specialties, the formation of their motivation and cognitive interest, the importance for self-awareness as an IT specialist in area of the software industry is revealed.
