Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the moderated model of relationship between leisure competence and job satisfaction of female workers participationg in dance sports according to effects of moderating physical self-efficacy. The subjects of this study were collected 216 female workers participating in dance sports. The survey questionnaires were used to collect the data. The questionnaires for the leisure competence had been developed by Witt & Ellis(1982), Physical self-efficacy had been developed and used by Ryckman(1982) and Hong(1996), and job satisfaction had been developed by Taris, et al.,(1992). The statistical methods such as corelational analysis and hierarchical stepwise regression analysis were used to analyze the collected data for the this research goal. From the analyses of the data, the study reached the following conclusions: Ⅰ. Perceived physical ability was showed in moderating the casual relationship between leisure competence and job satisfaction of female workers paticipating in dance sports. Ⅱ. Physical expression competence was showed in moderating the casual relationship between leisure competence and job satisfaction of female workers paticipating in dance sports.
