Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between leisure satisfaction and job satisfaction of workers participating in leisure sports according to effects of moderating physical self-efficacy. The subjects of this study were collected 232 workers participating in leisure sports. The survey questionnaires were used to collect the data. The questionnaires for the leisure satisfaction had been developed by Ragehab and Beard(1980), the job satisfaction had been developed by Tett & Meyer and Vandenherg & Lance(1992), and Physical self-efficacy had been developed and used by Ryckman(1982). The statistical methods such as corelational analysis and hierarchical stepwise regression analysis were used to analyze the collected data for the this research goal. From the analyses of the data, the study reached the following conclusions : Ⅰ. there are showed in the casual relationship between leisure satisfaction and job satisfaction of workers participating in leisure sports according to moderationg by perceived physical ability. Ⅱ. there are showed in the casual relationship between leisure satisfaction and job satisfaction of workers participating in leisure sports according to moderationg by physical expression competence.
