Abstract

Statement of the problem. As a methodological foundation for training military specialists in modern conditions, the article puts forward and substantiates a systematic approach, involving consideration of the object of the study as a system, and reveals its structure and content. Competence-based approach is considered in determining the content of training military specialists, orienting to the final result of training is the readiness of military specialists for professional activities Personal-activity approach is also considered as putting the personality of a military specialist and his activity in the educational process in the center of attention. The purpose of the article is to analyze the necessity and feasibility of using the systemic, competence-based and personal-activity approaches as a methodological foundation for training military specialists, taking into account the specifics of military labor and the requirements of the Russian Defense Ministry. The articles also aims to prove the effectiveness of their application on the example of the training of military specialists in the Siberian Federal University and in the training military unit of the Central Military District. Research Methodology. The combination of the theoretical and methodological level of research with the solution of problems of an applied nature led to the choice of theoretical and empirical research methods, namely: a conceptual and terminological analysis of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical works; a method for analyzing legal and regulatory documents in the field of the activities of the Armed Forces of Russia on the issues of professional training of specialists; forecasting and forward planning method; modeling method; method of stating experiment. Research results. The results are presented of the experimental work to determine the level of preparedness for the professional activity of students from the Siberian Federal University, enrolled in the programs of military accounting specialties and cadets of the training military unit of the Central Military District at the ascertaining and final stages of the experiment. Conclusions. The results of the experimental work confirmed the necessity and expediency in the interests of further improving of training military specialists in modern conditions to use a systematic approach to solving the problem of professional training of military specialists, to defining its purpose, tasks, and structure as a combination of the content of their training. It is important to rely on a competence-based approach in determining the content of the professional training of military specialists, orienting them to the final result of training. It is also necessary to highlight the personality-activity approach, which presupposes the focus on the personality of a military specialist and his activity in the educational process.
