Abstract

Pedagogical conditions for the personal-creative development of elementary school pupils in the process of teaching music. The purpose of the article is to isolate andsubstantiate the pedagogical conditions that ensure the effectiveness of personal-creative development of elementary school pupils in the process of learning music. The theoretical (analysis, synthesis, generalization of scientific and pedagogical sources)and empirical (pedagogical observation) methods of research were used to reveal the topic. The article deals with the issues of personal-creative development of elementary school pupils as a component of their personal development, which is carried out during musical creative activity. The author’s understanding of the personal-creative development of the elementary school pupils is presented in the context of determining the creativity of the elementary school pupils. The author summarizes the understanding of creativity in the context of music education, highlights the main aspects of this concept in scientific research of recent years. The category of communication regarding the musical creativity of elementary school pupils in the process of teaching music, which includes verbal and non-verbal communication, application of collective and group forms of work, has been modified. The peculiarities of the elementary school age, which create psychological preconditions for artistic-creative, in particular, musical creative activity of children and the effectiveness of their personal-creative development are considered. On the basis of the analysis of scientific literature the author generalized understanding of pedagogical conditions in research works on creative development of students. The concept of creative interaction as a key in defining the pedagogical conditions of creative activity in the learning process is covered. It is determined that creative interaction is based on the principles of personal approach and individualization. It has been found that developing a music-creative environment is a complex, capacious concept. A number of additional conditions must be implemented in order to create it. The pedagogical conditions of the personal-creative development of elementary school pupils, which ensure its effectiveness in the process of teaching music are substantiated.
