Abstract

The article is devoted to the establishment of the conceptual foundations of ship examination, which are approximately the same for different countries: organizational and legal, principled, communicative, status, analytical and evaluation. European standards are analyzed for the implementation of the principle of expert independence, expert didactics, ship control over the examination procedure, their assessment and evaluation. Shows directly the development of shipboard examination with a view to the practice of the EU.
