Abstract

In the article, on the basis of analytical processing of a wide range of psychological and pedagogical and methodological literature, the theoretical substantiation of the model of system of development of higher educational institution students’ autonomy was represented. It is envisaged the specification of the modeling method and the model type, based on its purpose, starting positions and principles on the basis of synergetic and competence approaches, embodied in the development of five interconnected blocks, each of which is described by means of information and content and organizational and procedural characteristics. The main organizational provisions in which the model of system of development of higher educational institution students’ autonomy can be attributed: the integrity, organization and ordering of the model system and the objectivity of ties. Along with this, we also define the organizational principles of the model of student autonomy development. These principles include: the principle of non-linearity (value-valuable educational information retains its integrity, but is split into components and subcomponents that correspond to individual capabilities, requests, and inclinations of contemporary students); the principle of attentiveness to the activity of the individual through valuable activities; principles of dynamism and dialogicity of modern professional training; principles of cognitive activity and independence of a future specialist; the principle of relying on leading activities in the choice of types of classes and ways of solving educational tasks.The model of system of development of higher educational institution students’ autonomy in the environment of integration of educational and self-education activities is a descriptive characteristic developed on the basis of synergetic and competent approaches, takes into account the patterns of autonomy development, contains requirements for the structure and results of educational and professional activities, personal qualities of the future specialist, specifies the ways, methods and techniques of development of autonomy as a complex integral property.We believe that the model of system of development of higher educational institution students’ autonomy combines five syncretic blocks: purpose-setting, the value-orientation, activity-procedural, corrective, forecasting blocks.
