Abstract

The Investigation of Organization Enablers on Business Process Reengineering Successful Implementation in Iranian Organization Ali Mohaghar, Associate Professor, Faculty of Management, University of Tehran Mohammad Shafighzadeh M.A Graduate, Faculty of Management, University of Tehran. Iran Abstract : Radical changes that occur as a result of an organization's BPR implementation are likely to end up with unsatisfactory results. BPR failure rates have been reported as high as 70 percent, making implementation a critical issue for top management. This research aimed at swrreying the effects of organization enables such as egalitarian culture, resource management, resistance management and change management on successful implementation of business process re-engineering(BPR). This study explores polar liaison between each enabler variable and offers guidelines for successful implementation of BPR projects. Results have shown correlation between resource management and resistance management with successful BPR implementation.
